Meet Carole Moawad, the visionary behind M’OISHÎ, the UAE’s first homegrown mochi ice cream brand, and UCHI, a sushi bar concept. Inspired by her love for food and a delightful encounter with Mochi, launched in Egypt in 2021 with a factory and 15 shop across Egypt. Carole also opened the UAE’s only local Mochi ice cream café. In 2017, she expanded her culinary ventures with UCHI, blending the finest of Japan and the UAE. Now, Carole is excited to share her expertise and invest in aspiring restaurateurs on Million Pound Menu, empowering the future leaders of the culinary world!
